La migración y las experiencias cuir comparten tanto la discriminación constante como la resiliencia. A pesar de la cuirfobia, la xenofobia y el trato de odio, las prácticas colectivas de cuidado, el intercambio de historias entre comunidades y las tácticas para hackear y sortear las restricciones del sistema nos ayudan a lxs migrantes LGBTIQ+ a superar los obstáculos diarios. Por lo tanto, estas estrategias se convierten en herramientas para sobrevivir y vivir con dignidad. Así, «Palabras Tangibles» establece un terreno común entre el cuerpo, las palabras y la empatía colectiva entre les artistas y las personas participantes dispuestas a compartir y transformar nuestro miedo en resiliencia LGTBIQ+.
Migration and queer experiences share both constant discrimination and resilience. Despite queerphobia, xenophobia, and hate treatment, collective practices of care, sharing stories among communities, and tactics to hack and navigate restrictions from the system help LGBTQ+ migrants to overcome daily obstacles. Therefore, these strategies become tools to survive and live with dignity. Thus, <<Tangible Words>> sets a common ground between body, words, and collective empathy among the artists and towards the participants willing to share and transform our fear into LGBTQ+ resilience.
